We recommend booking at least one month in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger events or special occasions. All services should be requested as soon as you are aware you would like to book with Chan Appetit. All dates requested cannot be held without a deposit. Catering Drop Off/Pickup require a deposit to be made 2 week’s prior to your event before a rush fee is applied. All Set Ups & Personal Chef Services require a deposit to be made 1 month prior to your event before a rush fee will be applied.

A rush fee is applied if your request is not received within the required timeframe. A rush fee is applied as your event will now become a priority for Chan Appetit and team to complete and this will fee will go towards expediting the material, supplies, and food to complete your event as well as labor.

Please fill out an inquiry form and Chan Appetit will reach out to you via email to discuss your event. A consultation can be scheduled via email to discuss your event preferences, menu selections & dietary restrictions. A quote will then be emailed to you within 24-48hrs. Once you have received your quote you will select your preferred package and an invoice will be prepared. Once an invoice is prepared you will be required to make a non refundable deposit of 50% of your grand total to secure your date.

Our price varies depending on factors such as the number of guest, complexity of the menu, and any additional services requested. We will provide a customized quote after the initial consultation.

The Standard Package is a budget friendly option to have food displayed for your event. The Standard Package will have food displayed in aluminum pans and wire chafer racks with burners and serving utensils, food labels and menu near buffet.
The Chan Appetit Experience is our luxury experience that is perfect for any celebration to wow you and your guest ! This package includes onsite cooking and engagement with Chan Appetit. Including guest interaction, and food event management for 3hrs after set up. At the 3hr mark if no additional service will be needed clean up will begin. If additional time is requested a fee of $100 per additional hour will be charged to the party. The Chan Appetit Experience is perfect for any celebration and will leave an unforgettable experience for you and your guest. This includes the following : Stainless Steel Chafer Racks, Burner Fuel, Serving Utensils, Table Cloth to match your color scheme, food labels, menu, flowers, buffet risers, and tiered plating.

Starting at $500 (choose 4) - Decor will be placed in accordance with the food display. Decor is described as the following: XL Personalized Menus, White finished Glass plates, Flowers to match color scheme, risers, smoke effect, heated lamps, tabletop fire pit, donut stands, fountain, hurricane candles, tabletop grill, food swing, bottle sparklers, candles, specialty themed decor (subject to additional fees)
